David Cunningham
Chairman, Co-founder
David is an executive and founder of two companies, Dundas Data Visualization and The Code Project. He has served as a board member of The Component Vendor Consortium as well as an advisor for the Microsoft VSIP Advisory Council. Prior to launching Dundas in 1992, David was a partner in a medical informatics company and General Manager of a Canadian computer manufacturing company. David has received numerous business, industry and leadership awards throughout his career.
David provides his insight on the business and technology landscape to the executive team. His business acumen and experience in the technology space contribute to the overall vision and direction of Dundas.
Troy Marchand
President & CEO, Co-founder
Troy adds close to 30 years of experience in the software development industry to the team. As a child prodigy building software since he was 10, his perspective on the product development is extensive and practical. He has developed many award-winning pieces of software in a variety of roles including as chief architect and product manager. As with any successful entrepreneur, Troy has the innate ability to identify and capitalize on the subtlest of business challenges.
Troy is responsible for the overall direction of Dundas and lends his years of software development and business intelligence knowledge to Dundas's flagship product, Dundas Dashboard.
Arnie Lash
CFO
Arnie serves as the CFO and brings with him more than two decades of financial practice and experience to the company. Before Dundas, he served in the manufacturing industry for 18 years in a variety of management positions, including VP Finance. Earlier in his career, he worked in merchant banking in Australia. Arnie has a Chartered Accountancy designation (CA), a Certified Internal Auditor designation (CIA) and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto.
He manages Dundas’s cash, debt, foreign exchange, capital structure, and benefits plan. In addition, he is tasked with HR initiatives and office management.
Mariana Stoica-Constantin
Director, Product Development
Mariana is the Director of Product Development. She has held multiple senior project management roles including: Development Manager at Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Project Manager & Business Systems Analyst at M·A·C Cosmetics (Estée Lauder division) and Senior Systems Analyst at HKA Data Processing. In addition, Mariana has a PMP designation and her education includes a Masters of Aircraft Engineering degree from University "Politehnica" (Bucharest, Romania) and an Honours Diploma in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis from The Institute for Computer Studies (North York, Ontario).
Mariana is responsible for the development of Dundas’s core product, Dundas Dashboard. Her proven track record in delivering enterprise level applications ensures Dundas Dashboard is delivered on time.
Ayush Yash Shrestha
Director, Professional Services
Since joining Dundas Yash has occupied several diverse roles in different business units - a consummate all-rounder. With a background in pure software development (B.Eng Software) and stints in technical marketing and technical writing, he brings different perspectives to daily situations in all walks of Dundas life. He also regularly puts pen to paper contributing white papers, opinion pieces and technical pieces to various online and offline outlets relating to the data visualization and business intelligence spaces.
Yash is responsible for overseeing the stability and growth of professional services and for managing key client and partner relationships anchored to the unit and to the company at large.
